Conference visas to India can be applied online. Foreign participants should submit online application for Conference Visa at www.indianvisaonline.gov.in following the steps below :

• Click on the above mentioned link.
• Go to Regular visa application (on the left hand side of the home page)and click.
• The Online Visa Application Form will open – Fill in online visa application on the same page.
• In Visa type, please select Conference/ seminar visa & continue filling the form & click on Continue.
• Proceed filling the form as mentioned on the website and submit the relevant documents requested for
• Supporting documents available for download:

1. 1: No objection certificate (NOC) from Ministry of Home Affairs, India
2. 2: No objection certificate (NOC) from Ministry of External Affairs, India
3. 3: No objection certificate (NOC) from Ministry of Health and Family Affairs
4. 4: Official Invitation letter for Delegates only . For Faculty members, please approach the contacts below for assistance.

Alternatively, you may also contact the Indian Embassy / High Commission / Consulate in your country in order to obtain a visa of entry. Please apply for your visa well in advance. Your travel agent may also be able to help you.
