| Cancellations received in advance of before 15 November 2016 | No cancellation charges |
| Cancellations received between 16 Nov – 15 Dec 2016 | 75 percent cancellation charges |
| Cancellations received after 15 Dec 2016 | 100 percent cancellation charges |
Amendments in terms of change of dates, reduction in number of persons or rooms will be treated as cancellations & amended requests will be subject to availability of facilities. Inability of MCI to provide services as per amendments will not dilute its right to levy cancellation charges.
